From our own cherries, ripened on high-stem trees on the sunny slopes of central Switzerland. They have been lovingly tended, harvested and mashed by us. Distilled and refined with passion, they are a symphony for the nose, palate and soul.
Contents: Our Kirsch is made from old, local varieties of brandy cherries from our standard orchards. These trees have a centuries-old tradition in central Switzerland. They are carefully tended by us, the cherries are harvested by hand with the utmost care, gently mashed and traditionally distilled. The regionally typical, fine cherry with its light almond aroma is a genuine specialty that can only be obtained from traditional high-stem orchards.
