From our own quinces, ripened on high-stem trees on the sunny slopes of central Switzerland. They have been lovingly tended, harvested and mashed by us. Distilled and refined with passion, they are a symphony for the nose, palate and soul.

Contents: The quinces come from our own high-stem orchards, which we planted especially for our jam and schnapps production. As quince fruits are rarely found today, we attach great importance to preserving this traditional crop. We use five different varieties of quince for our quince schnapps. This diversity of varieties gives the brandy its unique, multi-layered aroma. The liqueur is refined using only natural fruit and sugar, without the addition of artificial flavorings. This results in natural, high-quality products with an intense taste full of character. Available as quince schnapps, quince vielle and quince liqueur.
