Contents: Surchriesi jam is made from fruit from our own high-stem trees. Surchriesi cherries are rather rare in Switzerland and differ significantly in taste from conventional sour cherries. Their aroma is more complex and multi-layered, which makes them particularly suitable for the production of a unique jam. The fruit is carefully harvested by hand, pitted and then processed exclusively with the addition of sugar and lemon juice. The result is a natural, high-quality product with an intense and unique taste.
