Contents: Die Quitten stammen aus unseren eigenen Hochstamm-Obstgärten, die wir speziell für unsere Konfitüren- und Schnapsproduktion angelegt haben. Da Quittenfrüchte heute nur noch selten zu finden sind, legen wir grossen Wert auf den Erhalt dieser traditionellen Kulturpflanze. Die Veredelung zum Likör erfolgt ausschliesslich mit natürlichen Früchten und Zucker, ohne Zugabe von künstlichen Aromastoffen. So entstehen natürliche, hochwertige Produkte mit intensivem und charaktervollem Geschmack.
