From our very own pears and apples, ripened on standard trees on the sunny slopes of Central Switzerland. They were lovingly cared for, harvested, and mashed by us. Distilled and refined with passion, they are a symphony for the nose, palate, and soul.
Contents: Our Träsch is made from various pear and apple varieties from our own high-stem orchards. The combination of these different fruits gives the Träsch its characteristic, regionally typical aroma. Careful processing and gentle distillation ensure a well-balanced spirit with fruity depth and fine structure.
