Contents: We offer you an alpine cheese from Alp Fasons in Prättigau. The alp lies at around 1,700 m above sea level in Prättigau and is characterized by herb-rich mountain meadows. The cows produce their rich, aromatic milk exclusively by grazing on these alpine pastures. The milk is processed directly on site by award-winning cheesemakers into a mild alpine cheese and cultivated with great care.
