From our own quinces, ripened on high-stem trees on the sunny slopes of central Switzerland. They have been lovingly tended, harvested and mashed by us. Distilled and refined with passion, they are a symphony for the nose, palate and soul.
Contents: The quinces come from our own high-stem fruit orchards, which we specifically planted for our jam and schnapps production. Since quince fruits are rarely found today, we place great importance on preserving this traditional crop. We use five different varieties of quince for our quince schnapps. This variety of sorts gives the brandy its unique, multi-layered aroma. The refinement into liqueur is carried out exclusively with natural fruits and sugar, without the addition of artificial flavorings. This results in natural, high-quality products with an intense and full-bodied flavor.
