Contents: We offer lamb and sheep meat from our own animals. Our lambs are born from April to May and spend the summer on the Moosalp in Valais, which lies at more than 2,300 meters above sea level. They are then herded on our winter pasture in the Swiss Plateau. This species-appropriate and sustainable husbandry guarantees high-quality, natural meat without the use of concentrated feed. The result is well-marbled, tender and tasty meat of the best quality.

Das Fleisch wird in 100-g- bis 500-g-Portionen abgepackt und kann tiefgekühlt bei uns abgeholt werden.
