Wir sind ein landwirtschaftlicher Betrieb aus dem Herzen der Schweiz. Unsere Hauptt\u00e4tigkeit ist die Schafhaltung sowie die Bewirtschaftung von Hochstammobstg\u00e4rten.<\/p>\n

Unsere Schafe<\/h3>\n

Mit unseren Schafen bewirtschaften wir Gr\u00fcnfl\u00e4chen rund um den Betrieb, Alpweiden im Wallis und ein Winterwandergebiet im Mittelland. So tragen wir zu einer nachhaltigen Landwirtschaft und zur umweltschonenden Produktion von Lebensmitteln bei.<\/p>\n

Hochstammb\u00e4ume und Obst<\/h3>\n

Der Obstgarten steht in wertvoller Symbiose zu unserer Schafhaltung: Er spendet unseren Tieren Schatten, w\u00e4hrend sie im Gegenzug den Boden d\u00fcngen und die Schadnagerpopulation reduzieren. Zudem stellt der Obstgarten eine wichtige \u00f6kologische Bereicherung dar, da er Insekten und V\u00f6geln einen wichtigen Lebensraum bietet.<\/p>\n

Im Laufe der Zeit hat sich unser Handel mit landwirtschaftlichen Erzeugnissen, sowie der Zugang zu deren besten Verarbeitungsm\u00f6glichkeiten immer weiterentwickelt und professionalisiert.<\/p>\n
